Hansen sisters to team up for Wolfpack Basketball

KAMLOOPS — A sisters act is coming to the Tournament Capital Centre hardwood as the TRU WolfPack have announced the commitment of Allison Hansen for the 2024-25 season.

Allison, a 6’0 forward, is the younger sister of current ‘Pack guard Grace Hansen.

“TRU got on my radar through my older sister, Grace. When her recruitment began, I became very interested in what TRU had to offer,” said Hansen. “I chose to join the ‘Pack because of TRU’s beautiful campus, the great coaching staff, having smaller class sizes, it being close to family, great campus layout, and it being an overall good fit for myself.”

“Grace has been my point guard for as long as I can remember, and she is a huge part of why I love basketball,” said Hansen. “I am lucky to have a sister like her, let alone a teammate who works as hard as she does and so having another opportunity to play with her means a great deal to me.”

The tall forward is expected to bring some needed strength and size to head coach Todd Warnick’s roster.
