Wolfpack fall short to Dinos

KAMLOOPS — The Thompson Rivers WolfPack men and women’s volleyball teams lost to the Calgary Dinos yesterday (Oct. 28) inside TCC.
On the men’s side, the WolfPack lost 3-1. “We have to address our start, it’s part of mental preparation and understanding where we are at,” said WolfPack head coach Pat Hennelly. “It seemed like we were playing catch up all night.”
The women fought back after falling into an early hole, but fell short losing 3-2. “Calgary came out better and we came out a little tentative, especially from the service line, and then they were in system and when they’re in system they are tough to stop,” said head coach Chad Grimm.
TRU will now hit the road to face the Saskatchewan Huskies next weekend.
