Kamloops council begins series of town hall meetings with Barnhartvale session

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops council kicks off the first of six in-person hybrid format meetings Wednesday night (Oct. 25).

Residents in Barnhartvale, Campbell Creek, Dallas, Juniper Ridge, Rose Hill and Valleyview can attend the meeting at Barnhartvale Hall at 7390 Barnhartvale Rd. from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The six hybrid town hall meetings feature Kamloops council presenting its strategic plan, having tables set around strategic priorities where residents can provide council feedback and then hosting an open mic session with a moderator.

Due to the six different Kamloops neighbourhoods having different concerns, council encourages residents to attend the meeting closest to them.
