WolfPack men win in Alberta; women’s team fall short

KAMLOOPS — The WolfPack men’s volleyball team came back stronger after their loss on Friday. The team was able to secure a 3-2 victory against the reigning CW Champions Golden Bears last night (Oct. 21).
“Big comeback win for the boys,” said WolfPack head coach Pat Hennelly. “Down 2-0 we made some changes putting Archie Golding in at opposite and moving Flowerday over to right-side.”
However, the women weren’t so lucky. The team played against the Alberta Pandas, losing 3-0.
“We came out strong and did a good job of following the game plan,” said WolfPack head coach Chad Grimm. “We let them crawl back into it which was due to both them playing well and also us not having played with the lead much, so that was new for us and unfortunately we let that slip away.”
