KCSC hosts town hall discussion on Kamloops sustainability plans

KAMLOOPS – The Kamloops Community Safety Committee (KCSC) will be hosting a town hall meeting tonight (Oct. 21) to address issues related to implementing sustainability policies by the city and the Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD).
According to a media release, the meeting will focus on “issues surrounding the impending mandatory retrofit code, challenges in electrifying BC, land and water use, and future technology plans in Kamloops.”
The event will be held at the North Shore Community Centre and will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
