Fire that damaged three boats in Valleyview treated as suspicious: Kamloops RCMP

KAMLOOPS — A fire in Valleyview early Monday (Oct. 2) morning that damaged three boats is under investigation.

While it’s early in the investigation, Kamloops RCMP say the fire at River City Marine is being treated as suspicious by fire investigators.

In a news release, RCMP say they were called to the business on the 1900-block of the East Trans Canada Highway where Kamloops Fire Rescue were extinguishing flames on two boats. A third boat was also damaged.
