Two years later: Kamloops RCMP searching for information on semi-truck related to fatal collision

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP released a photo of a suspect vehicle related to a fatal collision on the Trans Canada Highway in Dallas two years ago.

In a news release issued Thursday (Sept. 21), Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says police hope someone can recognize a white Volvo semi-truck pulling an Ocean trailer that was seen at a service station near Kamloops at the time.

On Sept. 21, 2021, RCMP responded to Highway 1 in Dallas where a man in his 20s was found dead in the westbound lane across from Pineridge Golf Course.

The man has been identified as Jonathan Trosky, who was riding his e-bike with a red flashing light on.
