Tapestry Festival showcases the diversity that exists in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops residents were able to take part in a unique event at McDonald Park Saturday (Sept. 16).

Tapestry Festival, hosted by the North Shore Business Improvement Association in partnership with Kamloops Immigrant Services, was an opportunity to celebrate the diverse cultures we have in our city, both on the stage and with some delicious food. Organizers say they expected more than 4,000 people to attend the event.
