Lower East Adams Lake wildfire: Evacuation Order downgraded to an Alert

ADAMS LAKE — The Columbia-Shuswap Reginal District (CSRD) announced that the Evacuation Order issued for 92 properties in the Lower East Adams Lake wildfire has been downgraded to an Alert.
According to CSRD, all properties from 2597 to 2900 Rawson Road in Electoral Area F are now under Evacuation Alert. This includes the communities of Dorian Bay, Woolford Point, and Enns Reach.
Evacuation Orders remain in place for areas south of the Adams Lake Ferry which are under the jurisdiction of the Adams Lake Indian Band.
