Back on June 14, 2011, police say Fred was staying at a friend’s house. He went to bed at around 10:30 p.m.

At the time of his disappearance, Fred was described as a First Nations man standing 5’11” and weighing approximately 200 lbs. He had dark black hair, short on the sides and collar length at the back, brown eyes, and ‘F’ tattooed on his left thumb. He was last seen wearing a red muscle shirt and black cut-off shorts.
