Two vehicle crash west of Kamloops sends two people to hospital

KAMLOOPS — Two people are in the hospital after they were involved in a multi-vehicle collision Friday (June 30) in Cherry Creek.
A spokesperson for BC Emergency Health Services says paramedics received a call at 9:23 p.m. about a two-vehicle collision on Highway One at Greenstone Road in Cherry Creek.
Three ambulances and one supervisor were sent to the scene of the incident. Paramedics cared for and transported two patients to hospital as a result.
RCMP have not released information regarding the cause of the crash which closed the highway in both directions for several hours.
