RCMP ask for help locating wanted man

KAMLOOPS — UPDATE (June 21): RCMP say Tarrant has been located.
EARLIER: For the second time in two months, Kamloops RCMP are asking the public to help locate a wanted Kamloops man.
David Tarrant, 39, has unendorsed warrants for possession of stolen property, theft of motor vehicle, driving while prohibited and breach of a release order.
