Memorial Moments with Earl Seitz – Steve Smith and Kelly Thiessen

Without them, the game wouldn’t be the same. The fans in the stands create the atmosphere that can fuel the players on the ice. Back in 1992, the Memorial Cup final was held down in Seattle, Wash., where a mob of Kamloops Blazers fans took over the arena. Two fans in particular have gone in Blazers history thanks to their part in a post-game interview. In this episode, Earl sits down with superfans Steve Smith and Kelly Thiessen.
