
Motorcyclist seriously injured in 3-vehicle crash in Quesnel
QUESNEL — BC Highway Patrol is seeking witnesses to a three-vehicle collision in Quesnel.
It happened last Tuesday (April 25) at around 3 p.m.
“Initial investigation reveals that a northbound pickup truck abruptly crossed the centre line of Highway 97, striking a motorcycle and a sport utility vehicle that were traveling southbound,” says Cpl. Mike Moore.
“The rider of the motorcycle, a local woman in her fifties, was transported to hospital by BC Ambulance Service with serious injuries. The two other drivers involved, including the driver of the pickup truck, a man in his 60s from B.C., were uninjured.”
