With 7 points in first 2 games of second round, Blazers’ Stankoven named WHL Player of the Week

KAMLOOPS — After registering points on all five of the Kamloops Blazers’ goals in a 5-0 Game 2 win over Portland Saturday (April 15), Logan Stankoven has been named the WHL’s Player of the Week.

In addition to the five-point Game 2, Stankoven had two points in the Blazers’ 6-4 Game 1 victory.

The Blazers’ captain has 16 points in his six playoff games so far, sitting second in the league.
