RCMP ask for help tracking down suspect in downtown Kamloops vehicle break-in

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a vehicle break-in and theft downtown.
In a news release, police say they were called to an underground parking lot on the 200-block of Lorne Street at around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday (April 11) where a vehicle had its window smashed and several items inside stolen overnight.
Security cameras nearby caught an image of the suspect who’s described as a white man wearing a black hoodie with a cross containing the words “East Van” on it along with blue pants and black sneakers with white laces.
