3.8 magnitude earthquake recorded in Haida Gwaii, B.C.

DAAJING GIIDS, B.C. — A minor earthquake occurred Saturday night (Mar.11) off the west coast.

Earthquake Canada reports that a 3.8 magnitude quake was recorded off Graham Island in Haida Gwaii just after 11:20 p.m. PST.

The federal agency says there are no reports of damage and none are expected.
