Head-on collision leads to injuries, closure on Overlanders Bridge

KAMLOOPS — RCMP say a three-vehicle crash on the Overlanders Bridge Friday afternoon (Mar. 3) resulted in two people going to hospital.

Detachment spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says the incident began at about 1:00 p.m. with a head-on collision between two vehicles — a southbound Honda and a northbound Tesla. One of the two then ricocheted into a third vehicle, a Mazda.

Evelyn says two people were taken to hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.
