Blazers F Bankier signs on the dotted line with NHL’s Minnesota Wild

KAMLOOPS — For the second time in the same day, a Kamloops Blazer has signed a professional contract.
The Minnesota Wild announced on social media that the team has signed forward Caedan Bankier to a three-year, entry-level contract.
The Wild drafted the ’03-born Bankier in the third round (86th overall) in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.
Bankier has 62 points in 44 games with the Blazers this season. He was also a part of the gold medal-winning Team Canada at the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship.
