Discount airline Flair to launch direct Kamloops-to-Edmonton route in June

KAMLOOPS — Travelers looking for a quick and cheap path between Kamloops and Edmonton will get their wish in June 2023.

Flair Airlines, a low-cost Canadian airlines, is taking bookings for direct one-way and round trip flights from Kamloops to Edmonton on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, starting June 15. The trips are projected to last one hour and 15 minutes.

According to Flair’s website, round trips from Kamloops Airport (YKA) to Edmonton (YEG) start at $78 for passengers only taking one personal item and $185 for passengers adding on a checked bag and carry-on bag.

YKA previously had twice-weekly direct service to and from Edmonton via WestJet.
