RCMP investigate drive-by BB gun shooting in Brocklehurst

KAMLOOPS — RCMP are investigating a drive-by BB gun shooting Monday night (Feb. 6) in Brocklehurst.

In a news release, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says police were informed of the incident near Windbreak Street and Parkcrest Avenue at about 9:15 p.m.

The caller said a suspect in a passing vehicle shot them with a BB gun.

The vehicle is described as a dark four-door passenger vehicle with blue headlights and loud exhaust.

Anyone who was in the area at the time and took note of a vehicle matching that description is asked to call Kamloops RCMP (250) 828-3000 and quote file number 2023-4411.
