TNRD seeking feedback from residents ahead of strategic plan sessions

KAMLOOPS — Residents within the Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) have a month to give their two cents on the district’s services and taxation.
In a news release issued Wednesday (Feb. 1), the TNRD says its survey aims to hear residents’ priorities, what services within the district’s jurisdiction matters most to them, and what services they wish to be expanded, eliminated, introduced or reduced.
Feedback from residents will be used to help form the TNRD’s strategic plan, with sessions set to take place in spring 2023. The strategic plan addresses priorities and challenges in the TNRD and will be used to help determine the distribution of financial and human resources.
The survey is available online or by paper copy, and is open until Feb. 28.
