Ashley Fontaine-Ost, Senior Manager of BC SPCA Thompson Area provides an update on the seizure of more than a dozen dogs from a breeder in Clearwater. It’s being called one of the worst cases of animal neglect in recent history of the BC SPCA. Ashley touches on the Animal Helpline available to report cruelty and talks about the services offered through the animal food bank.
