CFL Roundup: Alouettes sign DB Wesley Sutton to two-year deal
MONTREAL — American defensive back Wesley Sutton signed a two-year deal with the Montreal Alouettes on Monday.
The five-foot-11, 194-pound Sutton had a team-high 79 tackles last season with Montreal.
The East Division all-star also recorded four sacks, two forced fumbles and an interception.
“We are happy to know we will be able to depend on Wesley for two more seasons, as he had an excellent 2022 campaign and keeps progressing,” said Alouettes GM Danny Maciocia.
