Kamloops RCMP looking for owner of recovered card collection

KAMLOOPS — RCMP in Kamloops would like to reunite some collectible cards to their rightful owner.

In a news release, detachment spokesperson Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says on Jan. 9, officers were called to a property in the 700-block of Sahali Terrace, where two bags of items had been scattered. Among the items was a binder of collectible cards.

“The card collection was the only thing of significant value noted and did not appear in line with the other contents scattered,” said Cpl. Evelyn. “If someone lost or had a collection of cards stolen, please contact police so we can work together to establish if they are yours.”

Evelyn says RCMP won’t divulge details of the cards or binder so they can’t be claimed under false pretenses.
