UPDATE (8 a.m.): DriveBC says Highway 5 north of Heffley Creek is now open to single-lane alternating traffic.
Another update is due at 10 a.m., although DriveBC tells drivers to expect minor delays in the meantime.
BC Emergency Health Services told CFJC Today the driver at the scene did not require any medical care and was not transported to hospital.
A photo at the scene from earlier Wednesday morning shows a semi-truck on its side blocking both directions.
