Kamloops RCMP searching for Sahali robbery suspect

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are looking to identify a man who may be the same suspect in two theft investigations.
In a news release Wednesday (Dec. 21) morning, officers attended a business on the 1500-block of Springhill Drive Monday (Dec. 19) just before 4 a.m. where cash, iPads, and a large gift basket were stolen. The suspect was described as a man wearing gloves, a hooded jacket, and satchel bag. An image was captured by surveillance video.
“As part of the investigation, police believe the suspect may be the same one involved in a porch-pirate theft reported earlier this month,” RCMP Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says. “Even if the incidents turn out to be unrelated, it’s still important for people to reach out if they think they know who the suspect is.”
