Kelly Clarkson Seeking a Restraining Order

Kelly Clarkson is seeking a restraining order against Victor Fernandez, a man who she claims has recently showed up at her home multiple times.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ show the talk show host is seeking protection for herself, her family, nanny and house manager.

According to Clarkson’s head of security, Fernandez first showed up to her home on Thanksgiving and returned two more times that day. He then showed up to her house on December 3rd and told staff that the “American Idol” winner told him to meet her there.

She claims she’s never met him before.
