Senior manager Kathy Humphrey leaving City of Kamloops for job in B.C. legislature

KAMLOOPS — The City of Kamloops is looking for a senior manager.

Corporate Services Director Kathy Humphrey has confirmed to CFJC Today that she will be leaving to take a new position at the B.C. legislature in Victoria.

Before her position was renamed, Humphrey took over from retiring finance director Sally Edwards in 2015.

Every year since, Humphrey has managed the city’s finances and guided council through the annual budget process.
