Local MLAs keep familiar roles in opposition shadow cabinet
VICTORIA — In response to Premier David Eby’s new cabinet, the opposition B.C. Liberal party has announced its critic roles.
Kamloops-South Thompson MLA Todd Stone will retain his roles as opposition house leader and critic for jobs, economic development and innovation. The government minister for that portfolio is Brenda Bailey.
Kamloops-North Thompson MLA Peter Milobar will continue as critic for the finance portfolio and new minister Katrine Conroy.
Further north, Cariboo-Chilcotin MLA Lorne Doerkson is the party’s critic for water, land and resource stewardship and rural development. The minister for that department is Nathan Cullen.
