Real estate sales in Kamloops slow in November as inventory grows
Dec 5, 2022 | 3:41 PM
KAMLOOPS — New figures published by the Association of Interior Realtors (AIR) show 130 unit sales in Kamloops last month, down from 144 in October and about half as many sales as in November, 2021.
While sales slowed, inventory increased.
AIR says 264 new listings were added in November, for a total of 2,017 — a 145.4 per cent increase over November of last year.
With the sales slowdown, the rate of price increase is slowing down as well.
