Kamloops man arrested and released twice after two downtown assaults
KAMLOOPS — A Kamloops man has a court date after two assault investigations in downtown Sunday (Nov. 20).
In a news release issued Thursday (Nov. 24) morning, RCMP say they were called to a reported assault on the 100-block of Victoria Street West where a woman was sent to hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.

Later Sunday afternoon at around 3:00 p.m., RCMP say officers responded to a business on the 1000-block of Columbia Street West where a man reportedly assaulted two people then fled.
