Blazers acquire forward Shea Van Olm from Oil Kings

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Blazers added a forward Wednesday (Nov. 9).
In a news release, the Blazers announced they acquired 2004-born forward Shea Van Olm from the Edmonton Oil Kings in exchange for a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2024 Western Hockey League (WHL) Prospects Draft. The Blazers now have 23 players on their roster: 13 forwards, eight defencemen, and a goalie.
In 2022-23, Van Olm has scored two goals and one assist in 16 games with the Oil Kings. He has scored nine goals and four assists in 68 games over parts of three WHL seasons with the Oil Kings.
The Blazers host the Seattle Thunderbirds Wednesday at Sandman Centre. Puck drop is at 7 p.m.
