SUN PEAKS, B.C. — The Mountain Resort Municipality of Sun Peaks will have three new faces around the council table for the next term.

After Saturday’s (Oct. 15) vote, incumbent Rob O’Toole was re-elected with 82.9 per cent of voters choosing his name.

He will be joined by newcomers Julie Kimmel, Lenard Hrycan and Kelly Dye.

Sun Peaks residents already knew Al Raine would be back in the mayor’s chair. He was the only candidate to let his name stand when the nomination deadline passed.
