CLINTON, B.C. — A familiar face is back as mayor of Clinton — but it’s not the incumbent.
Roland Stanke was elected mayor Saturday (Oct. 15), defeating councillor Christine Rivett and incumbent Susan Swan.
Stanke finished with 37 per cent of the vote.
Incumbents Sandi Burrage and David Park will return to council, along with newcomers Darrell Schapansky and Nicholas Kosovic.
