Columbia Shuswap Regional District names Cariboo administrator new CAO
SALMON ARM, B.C. — The Columbia Shuswap Regional District (CSRD) has looked to the Cariboo Regional District (CRD) for its new lead administrator.
In a news release, CSRD Board Chair Kevin Flynn says incoming Chief Administrative Officer John MacLean will begin November 7.
MacLean has served as the CAO for the CRD since 2017. Previously, MacLean held administrative roles in Cache Creek as well as the Alberta communities of Barrhead, Alberta Beach and Stettler.
“I am looking forward to serving the Columbia Shuswap by using the skills I have developed in my previous roles, as well as by learning, consulting and collaborating with the citizens who live here,” said MacLean in the release.
