Three up for mayor of Clinton; nine running for council

CLINTON, B.C. — The incumbent mayor of Clinton will face challenges from a former mayor and a current councillor.

Mayor Susan Swan will run for a second term, with former mayor Roland Stanke and councillor Christine Rivett also on the ballot for mayor.

Two incumbents are running for re-election — Sandi Burrage and David Park. Kim McIlravey will not run for re-election.

Seven others will run for the four council spots:

• Ted Pappas
• Pauline Piller
• Erica Rintoul
• Darrell Schapansky
• Bernice Weihs-Anderson
