RCMP locates body of missing Kamloops man

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP has confirmed the body of a man that was previously reported missing has been found.

The person was reported missing on August 11, 2022, and was found on August 12.

RCMP states they do not believe that criminality was involved in the man’s sudden death.

“The BC Coroners Service has been notified and has launched a concurrent fact-finding investigation into the man’s death,” the RCMP release reads.

No further information will be provided.
