Kamloops man returns to jail only a week after being released on bail

KAMLOOPS – A man with a long history with the law, is back in the grips of Kamloops RCMP.

Nicholas Marcel Benallick was arrested last week and was facing 10 charges. He was released on bail after appearing in court..

But already, he is back behind bars after police executed an arrest warrant for the 39 year-old Kamloops man.

Benallick was originally facing charges ranging from attempted break and enter to possession of stolen property.
