KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP say they’ve arrested a Langley man after he was allegedly aggressive on a bus in Lower Sahali.
RCMP say officers responded to the 1200-block of Summit Drive early Tuesday (July 26) afternoon where a man was reportedly threatening someone and damaging a bus. Officers arrived to find a bystander holding the man down before he was arrested.
“Throughout his interaction with police, the suspect made threats directed at all police in general and continuously shouted racist comments at one of the responding officers,” Cpl. Crystal Evelyn says.
Police say the man was released with a court date.
