Vehicle recovery on Highway 5A near Knutsford to start Wednesday morning: DriveBC

KAMLOOPS — Drivers travelling on Highway 5A south of Kamloops may need to give themselves more time to arrive to their destination.
DriveBC, the B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s traveller information system, says a planned vehicle recovery will take place between Knutsford and Stump Lake on Wednesday (July 20). A semi rolled over in a northbound lane of Highway 5A near Knutsford Sunday (July 17) afternoon.
Single lane alternating traffic will be in effect between Jackson Road and Beresford Road – approximately seven kilometres south of Kamloops – from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday.
DriveBC encourages drivers to travel to the posted road speed and reduce speed through construction zones.
