Minten taken 38th overall by Toronto Maple Leafs

KAMLOOPS — Blazers forward Fraser Minten’s dream of being drafted into the National Hockey League has come true.

The 18-year-old had his name called by Toronto at 38th overall. Minten had 20 goals and 35 assists for Kamloops last season.

Blazers defenseman Mats Lindgren was selected in the fourth round, 106th overall, by the Buffalo Sabres.
