One dead after Highway 5A motorcycle crash Saturday night

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP has confirmed a person died after an apparent motorcycle crash Saturday (June 25) evening.

On Highway 5A near Kamloops at 9:49 p.m., a person crashed a motorcycle. One person was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Minimal information is known about the incident at this time.

RCMP says the investigation is ongoing and the cause is being investigated.
