Man caught attempting to break in to Barriere Liquor store

BARRIERE, B.C. — RCMP report that someone attempted to break-in and enter the BC Liquor Store in Barriere overnight on Friday, May 20.
Barriere RCMP say the suspect didn’t successfully enter at 1:20 a.m., but the building was damaged due to the attempted break-in. Video surveillance did show a suspect trying to gain entry.
They’re described as possibly a white man wearing a black baseball cap with a white logo on front, along with a white balaclava, red T-shirt, jeans, and black shoes with white soles.
