RCMP seeking local suspect in alleged assault in 100 Mile House

100 MILE HOUSE, B.C. — 100 Mile House RCMP are asking a local 19-year-old Caucasian man to explain his perspective of an alleged assault.
In a news release, RCMP say they were notified through Peter Skene Ogden Secondary School of the reported assault at Centennial Park on Tuesday (May 10).
According to police, a video provided to them shows a man approaching another man, who goes on to punching him to the point he fell to the ground. Police say the assault continued after.
While the victim is cooperating with the investigation, RCMP are seeking witness as there were several youths and adults seen in the video.
