Merritt residents asked to remove memorabilia from Pine Ridge cemetery ahead of yearly cleanup

MERRITT — The City of Merritt is reminding residents of the yearly cleanup scheduled for this week at the Pine Ridge Cemetery.
Those with memorabilia on-site are asked to collect the items before the cleanup begins on Monday (May 9).
Crew members will pick up remaining items after Monday and store them outside the cemetery shed for pickup.
City crews will be maintaining the turf, irrigating, leveling headstones and cleaning.
