Interlakes Volunteer Fire Department truck recovered

BRIDGE LAKE, B.C. – The Interlakes Volunteer Fire Department says someone broke into its fire hall in Bridge Lake on Friday night and stole a pickup truck used for medical calls.
Fire Chief Todd Schley says Mounties informed the department they had recovered the vehicle over the weekend.
He says the truck appears to have no physical damage, but the medical supplies that were inside were taken.
Schley says the loss of the truck would have been devastating to the small department.
