COVID-19 outbreak declared at Overlander Residential Care — less than one month after last one ended

KAMLOOPS — Interior Health is confirming a COVID-19 outbreak at Overlander Residential Care.
In an email to CFJC Today, IH confirms the outbreak is in one building at the facility and includes 28 positive cases.
IH says the first case onset was on Friday (Apr. 1) — less than one month after the last COVID-19 outbreak at Overlander was declared over.
Restrictions on visitation have been enacted at the facility.
