RCMP in Fort St. John cancel Amber Alert for two missing children

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – RCMP in British Columbia have cancelled an Amber Alert issued earlier today after a four-year-old child and 10-month old baby went missing from Fort St. John.

The Amber Alert was issued late Saturday (Mar. 26) morning after the children and their mother went missing.

“The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) confirmed that they had located the vehicle and the four individuals in Kenora, Ontario, just east of Manitoba,” Sgt. Chris Manseau said in a release. “The man [Jason Dalrymple] was taken into custody. The mother and her two children are safe and receiving support.

Manseau added Dalrymple remains in custody and has charges pending.
