Proposed North Shore condo complex to go to public hearing

KAMLOOPS — A riverfront condo complex proposed for the heart of the North Shore will go to public hearing.

At Tuesday’s (Mar. 8) regular meeting, council gave a preliminary thumbs-up to a 64-unit apartment-style condominium project planned for the 200-block of Royal Avenue.

There is currently a single-family home and several outbuildings on a total of three properties at that location.

Nearby residents will have a chance to have their say on the project before council votes again at an upcoming public hearing.
